No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time and your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans offer a discount but can also be cancelled — you'll retain access for the remainder of your paid year.
If you approach your limit, we'll notify you so you can upgrade your plan. We never cut off reminders mid-month — your patients will always receive their reminders. If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll recommend moving to the next plan up.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. Pay for 11 months and get 12 — that's 1 month free every year. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing with net-30 payment terms.
The 14-day free trial includes full access to all features of your selected plan. You can send reminders, set up online booking, use two-way messaging, and explore all features. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan or your account will be paused.
HIPAA compliance with a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included with the Pro plan and above. If your practice handles Protected Health Information (PHI), which includes appointment details, we recommend the Pro plan. Yes. We offer a 20% discount for verified non-profit healthcare organisations. Contact our support team with proof of non-profit status and we'll apply the discount to your account.
Each outgoing SMS or voice call counts as one reminder. Emails are free and unlimited. Incoming patient replies are also free. If a text message exceeds 160 characters, each additional 160-character segment counts as one extra reminder.
All plans include unlimited calendars. You can connect calendars for your entire team, including staff members, rooms, or resources. There's no limit on the number of calendars you can sync.
Our smallest plan is the Basic at $29/month with 100 reminders. If you have low volume, the annual plan may be a better fit — you get a full year's allotment to use at your own pace, with one month free. This is popular with seasonal businesses like tax firms.
