What a find this has been. As the owner of an indoor dog swimming pool I had been looking for a reasonably priced way to send appointment reminders without having to purchase a whole new calendar system. Currently I schedule all of the appointments for my business via google calendar and this integrated with my calendar so easily. They walked me step by step through the process of setting up my reminders. It has drastically reduced my no shows and my clients love the reminders. Their customer service has been great and they are very responsive. I highly recommend appointment reminder for your business

Kristina Helferty, CPA has been using Appointment Reminder for over a year now. The automatic reminders allow our Administrative Assistant to spend her time on more essential work vs calling each client to remind them of their appointment. This app works with our Outlook calendar. When a client replies "Yes" to their text reminder, a "Confirmed" reply shows in brackets in the Outlook calendar schedule. When a client replies "No" to their text reminder, our Administrative Assistant is able to call them to reschedule or have them call the office when they are ready to reschedule. A client can also leave a note, such as a different day/time they'd like to reschedule to. There's also email reminders! If we do not receive a reply from a client, our Admin logs into the Appointment Reminder account and manually asks them to reply. No more lost TIME & MONEY with no shows! I use this reminder because it syncs with my Google calendar without any issues. I love it. I didn't want to have to use a new scheduling system. Definitely worth it!
Since we started using Appointment Reminder, our scheduling process improved dramatically. From making 30-40 phone calls a weeks along with playing phone tag, to having appointment reminder automatically texting or calling customer with a push of a button and auto setup. Once the easy setup was done, it became so easy and I wonder why we have not done this sooner. The time it saves is worth 10x what the cost of the program. We primarily use it for reminders of the up coming appointments. Our customer sometime schedule appointments months in advance, so we set it up to reminder them 10 days ahead of time and 2 days ahead of time. We also use the confirmation tool, so they can confirm we are coming or not, this way if they cancel we can schedule another customer in that place so we don't lost revenue. We also plan to use it to notify customers that their order is ready. This will also save some time and again the chance of playing phone tag.

Parents can easily reply and communicate with me directly from the reminder which makes changes and cancellations more smooth. I would love a few more features to be able to personalize my reminders a bit more but the current fields do the trick! Ive been using this service for over a year now. Hands down would recommend. It has worked flawless for the last year with little to no maintenance (something I can't say for most of our software). Their help desk is second to none too. Im not affiliated with this service, just found them online and am a VERY happy customer. If you're looking for a reminder application that works with Gcal this is exactly what you need.
This system is great! Easy integration with apple calendar and very user friendly and intuitive. The owner is also extremely helpful and spent a lot of time tweaking his system to meet my business needs. On top of all that, the monthly fee is very reasonable. I looked high and low for a simple, yet effective automated appointment reminder system and this was by far the best!

What a useful tool! It was overwhelming to try and remember to send our clients reminders, and general instructions. Things were falling through cracks. Really solid app. I have upwards of 20 meetings per week that are constantly shifting and needing to be rescheduled based on wildly fluctuating schedules of somewhat flaky attendees. This app helps keep them organized and aware without me having to take extra time out of my busy schedule to remind them of our appointment myself.

Appointment Reminder was a great fit for what our company needed. As a construction company, we needed several modes of reminders. We were able to send an immediate email confirmation plus future text reminders as the appointments got closer all in one script. It works very seamlessly with Google Calendar. They've got great customer service and have always been very responsive.
We were looking for a simple way to remind our customers of their appointments. we love that we have flexibility to write a script and determine how many reminders and times that we can send them. Our "no shows" has gone down drastically since we got this, and it works so well with our google Calanders. I wish I would had it sooner.
